i think most of them had nuts in them which i like for the texture aspect
all natural, organic and nothing genetically modified
I was skeptical at first but after reading all the positive reviews I ordered the sampler pack
Bottom line is, I simply enjoy eating them
Flavors all taste very sweet and the salty ones don't taste very salty
These bars are truly everything they say and more
