I can't speak for a science standpoint, but when I put these on I could feel my muscles and I just felt better and felt like I was able to run farther than before

The thermal compression tights are also good for the same purpose except that their material is slightly thicker to make them comfortable to wear in the winter months and keep your body warm before you begin the activity

however, the enhancements are not worth the increase

They improve blood circulation and help the muscles get less sore, and recover quicker after an endurance event

I don't understand the logic as to why pressure makes you feel better, but it really does

These are great to wear during an activity like running or biking, and the slightly thicker or more closely-woven material in these tights serves to some extent as recovery tights as well
