The frame work is holding up nicely and can handle quite a bit of weight

The width of the bench is also just right

Adidas Bench gives great support all along my back when laying down with some bell weights or a bar

Just remember that the long bolts have locking nuts so only need the locking washers on the bolt head side with the washers supporting the holes that go through the beams

I also really like how the stand is set up
