It's soft and not super stiff
If you're looking for an elegant, man's wallet with all the bells and whistles, I recommend this one without reservation
In the center of the wallet is a removable id holder, perfect for cards or id you need quick access and removal
Having the option of carrying the smaller front pocket wallet and leaving the bulk at home is a major plus
It is not clear to me that that is the kind of protection needed to avoid surreptitious thief of ID information
One each side of the open wallet there is slats for an additional 6 cards
