For total beginners though, I would recommend to also get an easier read, think Frank Wildman, Thomas Hanna, or my own My Feldenkrais Book, which are all very accessible and lay a good foundation to practice and understand more about the Feldenkrais Method

This tiny book is packed with thought-provoking, mind-opening information and it takes a time to digest

I just like to open it once in a while, read a paragraph or two, and then observe the aftereffects of my reading and thinking
