it clearly has a factory defect and of course it is outside my window to return THIS THINGS ROCKS GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY Everything works, sound good, could be better but for the price it's fine

Failed after 5 minutes in service

Being water resistant should last longer than a standart car radio

Now this is a great radio

I love it and the Bluetooth works great

However it took a good deal of effort to install the unit to only work for 5 minutes before failure
