from what I can tell, high quality ingredients, no nonsense, reasonable prices, and a bunch of different package sizes

So decided to ditch the mixes

I found it doesn't take much to produce the pins and needles effect either, so start with a small does

The product is easy to take and doesn't taste bad! No bad side effects at all, I did notice the tingling effect but it sounds like that is normal
