The knurling pattern on the bar is wide stance so you won't have any issues scratching your chest or back since the diamond textured part is out of the way
Haven't tested to weight capacity because I don't have enough weights, but it feels strong and well made
It comes with rotating sleeves which makes certain exercises smoother
