And the fact that you can set it for as many hours as you want

I have had 3 of these and every time my husband touches it he manages to drop and shatter the ceramic insert! Have not taken this one out of the box yet

The timer is awesome and it's great to know I can set something and if I don't get back in time it will simply drop to warm instead of over cooking something

Have had it for a few months

Last Crock-Pot lasted around 10 years before the handle on the lid broke
