This book helped me immensely in tracking my food, exercise, and being mindful about everything going into my mouth

And already see that I have been overeating, sneaking snacks without even realizing it

Beginning allows you to set goals, it has 3 pages allowing to enter different goals

Find myself having to use shorthand to write in the food so I have enough space

It keeps me not eating slot
