this sort of packaging it top-notch

I'm no expert, but I like the flavor of this matcha

(not so important but is indicative of top quality vs lesser quality production)

The key to make a smooth texture is mixing it to a small amount of hot water then mixing and pressing the clumps against the cup until it dissolves

I also sometimes make a green tea latte with it, frothy with honey

it comes in a thick sealed foil-type bag inside of a vacuum-sealed tin, and mixed in with the Matcha is a silica gel packet which keeps the Matcha humidity-free and fresh
