It took me 2 1/2 days to get the PVCs to quiet down, while taking two capsules four times per day

I like this magnesium L threonate it helps with cramps in my legs at night

It was recommended that I supplement my diet with magnesium threonate by my doctor, since she believed all the stressors in my life were creating lots of negative energy (perceived as sadness) and knows I do not want to medicate myself

Disappointed not readily available

I think the heat and stress depleted my magnesium levels, which kick-started the PVCs

I will stick with mag glycinate from Metagenics which is the best mag supplement I've ever used
