Great arch support! I use these in all of my shoes and would recommend these to anyone with arch issues or other discomfort

I'd recommend using these on shoes that have a medium to tall barrier in the back, as I used these on running shoes with a low one, and it started to give me horrible blisters

I'll be buying more for his other shoes
