The pills actually do work but you need to do your part

It has been about a week now, and as skeptical as I was, I dont know if it is a placebo effect or what, but I feel with more energy, I even work harder! I lost my laziness and swim every day, and my apetite is under control, i dont think about food, and can make a diet easily, something that I always hated before

I am doing boot-camp workout 4 times a week, and have a daily calorie limit of 1600 (not net, 1000 or so calories after my workout)

It worked terrifically for this and I found I can think more clearly throughout the day since I'm not bogged down by food

Since starting on these I find I am not reaching for the food

With exercise and diet, I noticed my body becoming more lean than before
