Right now I am loving it and plan to keep it up

I try to complete DETOXIFICATION and CLEANSING seasonally and sometimes in between depending on my current diet / nutrition and level of stress

- Ginger is used to treat stomach problems, such as morning sickness, colic, gases, and etc

- Tamarind is a fruit that is great for constipation – this is what will make you go to the bathroom

I have been having success with it so far

They suggest to take one cup of tea in the morning after breakfast, or one in the evening before bed
