Now I've evolved and this is my new, go to, low calorie high nutrition breakfast mixMash one very ripe banana in the mixer cupThen Add-2 scoops protein2 scoops fiber1 small spoon of BCAA1-2 spoons of instant coffee1 ish spoon of Ceylon Cinnamon1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond/coconut milk (cow milk for higher calories)1/2 cup waterMIX WELLThen Add 1 spoon melted coconut oil & mix again(I also pop a cayenne pepper capsule right before drinking, gets the blood flowing)No belly aches, no odd after tastes, just great

I mix it mostly in almond coconut milk and it's actually very delicious

Plus, the vanilla flavor is great on its own or mixed into smoothies

I also appreciate that they added a little tab to hold the scooper onto the cap of the tub so you don't have to go fishing through the powder for the scoop next time

Makes for easy storage! Everything as expected, would buy from them again
