So with this one, I wasn't as happy

Even if the meat doesn't defrost totally, its much better then if you would just sit it out on the counter

However you do need to run it under hot water for 30 seconds prior to use

The meat has to be on the metal board it self; it can not be in tin foil or wax paper

After about 3 hours, it was still very frozen

my guess is the stainless sink acted like an insulator and didn't allow the meat to defrost as fast
