My pants suddenly fit better! It was such a feeling of relief!I took it regularly for a month, missed two days, and noticed a tad of bloating again
Anecdotally I think this happens quite a lot with gut discomfort
My friend sent me a bottle of this stuff and within 2 days, my daily bloating was GONE
It didn't cure them, but it definitely helped
So I started taking it every other day for a week or so, and the results seem to be holding
