no it's not going to make you skinny if you don't change your diet and exercise but while taking this I have been able to increase my gym productivity by a mile

Normally I am always fatigued for whatever reason but I have had energy all day and still do now at 8:00pm while I am typing this

Following up with a protein shake

So far, I am sweating and jittery while working out

Not sure if it is the product or not but it has seemed to work from what I can tell

I have never taken a supplement to help with weight loss but I chose to try this one because it was made specifically for women
