really gives me nice relief! I highly recommend this to anyone with soreness or stiffness in your back! Very good easy to understand It's ok for beginners Really enjoy this purchase - pics are great! An excellent book, with easy-to-follow exercises and thorough explanations of the reasons for them

A minor criticism of the layout would be that the Table of Contents might have included these 3 sections under Chapter 5, and that page 77 (hamstrings) is showing the same photo as page 81 (calves)

John Watson's photos are outstanding, with the author wearing a differently-coloured top in each of the 3 sections (Flexibility & Mobility, Self-Massage, Strength & Core Stability)

I particularly like the chapter on the negative effects of prolonged sitting (which most of us do!), and how foam rolling can counteract them

But Karina's explanations and instructions make it very clear which muscle group is meant
