Our Review/Thoughts

Different people learn differently

He points out that a solo can begin on any of those scale degree tones, therefore don't lock yourself into the belief that you must always start on the root and resolve to the I - in fact, the unresolved tension leading into a chord change is what makes solos more interesting, more compelling

If he were to notate these in every position, the book would 6X as long!I'd recommend this if you are trying to get mastery of the ii-V-I and are struggling

The lessons taught are broad and their content is very usable

I use this book almost everyday

Well, at least it seems that way
