I have this every morning with some frozen fruit, almond milk, and coconut oil

If I drink it on a day that I don't workout, I usually don't do a full scoop - it lasts longer that way and seems to be plenty

It tastes natural but has a very pleasant flavor

We have a protein drink every morning to start the day

On the road, or when traveling this is very convenient and is fine just mixed with water, but at home I like to use water and about 4 oz

I've found that it's easier to mix if you fill your cup half of what you are going to fill it with, mix it until there's none floating at the top, then fill the rest of the way while continuing to mix it
