This would be a good choice if you want to be challenged from the start and know that you will never master it
Bottom line, unless you're already really strong and need more than 154lbs of resistance, this should be all anyone needs for a very long time

So you have to keep in mind of 3 variables, the gap of the handles to fit your hands, the macro and micro adjustment points
