I haven't ever bonked using this and am happy with my performance since switching to it

That said, I have been using this plain mix along with cocoa powder, trivia sweetener, some vanilla extract and a couple of blueberries in the blender for a great prerun shake

No insulin spike allows athletes access to burn multiple fuels both carbs and fat and that's why this product really shines

I have plenty of energy on long runs, currently running up to 2 hours on one scoop in a 16 oz shake

Unlike sugar based energy supplements, which give me an explosion of energy early and a crash at the end, this product delivers controlled fuel over a long time period

I've had a lot of success using this as an ingredient in gluten free pancakes and am starting to experiment on other recipes with quite a bit of success
