I went off ALL traditional anti-depressants -- and I will NEVER go on one again (they MIGHT work for some, but traditional ADs do NOT work for many people, including me)

I think these are actually helping with my overall feeling of being healthy

I was taking Serovitol and like this better, and it's cheaper
