so simple! Get a large 4-5lb Chuck Roast, three cans of Campb

Heat up an iron skillet nice and hot! Sear both sides for about two minutes

Place the last can of soup on top

(NO WATER) Place the seared roast in, on top of the soup, quarter the onion an place them to the sides of the roast

You can add Mushrooms and/or some Chipotle sauce to spice it up

Black ground pepper the roast (NO SALT)
