if the pan's venting is upside down, the oils from the meats will flow right out onto the stove top

It works more like a boiler than a frying pan, which was upsetting

made me chuckle when i saw that review and the pictures he/she posted

but the steak i cooked in this pan was great tasting

To get the best results, close the pan and leave it until the steam stops from coming out, then turn it over and wait for 10 minutes

I use daily for my omelets, steaks, and slow-roasting vegetables
