I've always wondered how I could be happier, how I could be truly happy, but I never actually stopped for a moment and asked how I could be less sad, less anxious all the time, and it's a much better question to ask yourself

I've had some more clinical workbooks in the past and I think I actually prefer this less formal, more inviting format

Unfortunately the book is printed with low quality ink that smudges all too easily

I'm not saying this book is going to solve all your depression or anxiety issues, what I am saying is that it will be a stepping stone in that direction, as this book will help you get to know and understand yourself better

This little book is really fun and a great little creative outlet for people like me (suffering from anxiety or depression)

Very nicely, simply done, and it helps you get to know yourself better
