Either the Nikon or the Hoya HMC filter won't affect the color hues (visible light spectrum), and the multi-colored glass of these filters is designed to reduce flare as well

good filter, fits well, screws on easily without binding, comparison of pics with and without filter show almost no aberration/distortion of images when viewed at very high magnification (Avg daylight conditions shot at 400 & 800 ISO, Olympus Kit lens)
