Love our monitor have had it just over a year, only issue is the antennae cover can come off so call right away if it does! I had some issues and I was JUST outside my warranty and they replaced mine! Fabulous customer service! For the money DXR5 has a clear picture even in the dark, and the audio is also clear

To get into VOX mode you need to push the two top side buttons at the same time (left brightness +,and right volume + )and it will turn VOX on or off

I was extremely impressed when I contacted the company and they were more than happy to send me a replacement of the whole system

However, the first monitor had a problem staying charged eventually due to an issue with the charging jack
