I will never eat the same every again

Even if you don't want to do the Whole 30 or that type of eating, it's still an interesting read

I still managed to run 70-80 miles a week but many of my runs were a struggle

Totally worth the read and devotion of thirty days of your life

If it doesn't work, i have lost nothing

It really explains how food works in your body emotionally and physically
