My most favorite thing of this product is the Anatomy of a Card you get as soon as opening the deck

I have had a kettlebell for over a year now

Purchased this product and it was exactly as advertised

Also some of the curls and other excersizes don't work as well with a kettlebell cause of the way the weight hangs when you use it; for those I use a 15lb barbell

It will help keep some variety in your workout

I did receive these at a discount for my fair and honest review, but they are great cards that really have spiced up our mundane workout routine
