No Bulls***s simple and precise kettlebells workouts I was in no way a couch potato when I started it, but years of water polo and rugby had left my shoulders in a pretty bad state and barbell training (squats and bench press) always resulted in some pain if too frequent

I eat well and take supplements, but I think the exercise has been a big part of it

Simply sinister Very Simple worth every penny! Easy to digest and a good foundation for the kettlebell

The swing and get-up will work every muscle as a unit and you will walk away 30 minutes later spent

wore me out and I gave it up

There's a warmup routine, and then it's just two exercises
