Don't forget to make sure the little slide is closed before you add the flour though! Then we very carefully measured the water using the enclosed measuring cup

I put in 2 eggs for a little more than a cup of whole wheat flour, but I'm not too careful about measuring exactly

We have even traveled through Italy, and this is STILL better pasta

And, if the mix is very dry, it sometimes forms a crust on the bottom that keeps the rest of the mix from squeezing through--open the machine up, break up the crust and add a little more water

We will get to those eventually
