I was always able to back it up & save it on a flash drive
Perhaps the process protects propriety of the Living Cookbook files, but of little convience to the license holders/users
I have opened numerous support tickets without any response
I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, I guess most have to do with poor technical support from the company
Well featured software; nutrition, shopping lists, filing system, etc
