Once seasoned, it is the best fry pan ever

There are multiple different methods , but frying potato skins with no salt seemed to work the best

Similar to cast iron, but completely smooth carbon steel

if the pan gets sticky and loses that slippery property

He took it home and seasoned it and gives me regular reports on each thing he cooks in it

Think of it as a good cast iron pan, but with a significantly longer, and therefore usable, handle
