I have been using this product for a few months now
but why would I when I can just sort of negate the effects it has? Obviously, I don't do this regimen every day, nor every week
The only carb blocker I tried was one I purchased from Vitacost 3 or 4 years ago, and it was simply the white kidney bean, and it DOES work, but I was left with colicky abdominal pain (depending on how much I took!) that left me writing on the couch, and it always left me wondering if that slice of pizza was really worth it!! When my husband and I were out over the weekend, I always wondered WHY I didn't have my carb blocker to negate the breakdown of carbohydrate, but oh yeah, then I would remember how bloated I would feel after taking it and the abdominal pain was unbearable - and nothing seemed to calm it down!This is where I am glad I found this product
All I experienced were dizzy spells
I think it will help, but you would have to take a lot of white kidney bean to obtain that effect, and I can't imagine how much abdominal cramping one would have if they took it several times a day
