I have found a tick to get them on is to turn them inside out and start with tem backwards so top on last I get the first part over my toes and heal then pull the top that s still inside out over my toes up and it slides quickly over its self and up my calf quickly when I can then straighten them out

I really do love these and this is one of the best brands that I have found that has helped me out the most with my shin splints

I use these now continuously when running longer distances

The measurements were right on and they fit as advertised
