I ended in April and was down to 12% body fat at 178lbs

My 40 year old body was worn out after 12 weeks

Best of all, it changes up every 2-3 weeks

Actually proud to show off my new body

The work-outs are mostly circuits so it would help to have someone to switch off with or move weights for you

I am excited to implement these new ideas! Nice guidance
