All that said I would have given 4 stars until I got to the nutrition section of the book, author states in the beginning of the book that nutrition is at least half the challenge and then posts a rudimentary meal planner for a week's worth of eating with very little discussion about alternatives or maybe a couple of creative recipes that make eating lean beef, chicken, fish, and eggs palatable in the volume and frequency described

A random issue I had with this program was that almost half the leg workouts involved a sled drag sprint

The more you mix things up, the better the benefits is one of the things I've learned so far in building muscle and this book really helps to add variety

If you follow the diet rules and do the workouts you WILL see results

Maybe by then, I'll be willing to more closely follow consumption intake to maximize results

I am pretty sure that it is a good book, and it may help a lot of people
