Our Review/Thoughts
Just a good basic box to add wood chips to and get that smokey flavor
But at least it actually smokes! I will try using aluminum foil in the bottom or inside the lid to slow the burn
although I haven't used it yet, it seems as good as the s/s smoker box that I bought 5 years ago for twice as much
Plus, I don't really need hinges because it fits nicely onto the bottom
The top is seperate from the bottom, but that means there are no hinges to break
Seems to be sturdy enough to last a long time
