Sturdy and well made and great price

Do yourself a favor, buy a soft type (I have a Fitness Gear Thera-Roll as stage 1) and a hard type roller and really dig in
If I over do it, I can make myself a little sore the next day - like a serious deep tissue massage can do
Very firm (essentially a pvc pipe) with a small amount of padding
I on the other hand, I love the stiffness and the nubs
