The large wells allow you to place approx 1 tbsp of filling in each ravioli

nsure that you press hard with your rolling pin when making each batch

It was the perfect width for the pasta roller that I have (KitchenAide mixer attachment)

Tried again with commercial pasta sheets, ended up with odd-sized, badly-sealed ravioli

i saw some other reviews where people said they had a hard time getting the ravioli out of the mold, but i really didn't

I also have been using it to make bite sized turnover pastries
