I'm a foodie who enjoys are a wide variety of culinary delights and let's just say that while it might taste good going down my gut is a bit more picky

Let me say that at first I was pretty sceptical that it would work for me

Although I have only used the supplements for a week, I can say that I like the product

I ended up getting yougurt anyways and eating that as well so Tbh it's hard to tell what exact affect it has but we all need our probiotics so I'm going to have to trust and hope that strategy is a double whammy! I am not a proactive case, I went through a month a heart burn, indigestion to realize that my metabolism and digestive system is not the super efficient system I really thought it was

After drinking few pepto bismol and chewing down tams I gave it up and decided to use some probiotic supplement to help my digestive system to do what it has been doing for years without complaining proactively and looks like it works

So, I scoured the internet looking for something to add to my daily plan
