I use it in cookies, pie crusts, fried chicken

I've used it for pizza crust, bread, cookies and cake

We buy it on the regular from Amazon

It makes all the difference with items like cookies

However, a couple months ago, we found out one of our grandsons was gluten intolerant

She has now made not only sandwich bread for him, but the fluffiest biscuits (family recipe and she substituted the GF flour 1 for 1 and added 1/8 t xanthum gum), cookies, cake and pancakes and all excellent! Makes fabulous brownies and other gluten-free goodies
