I also used a no scratch spatula because honestly, I didn't want to scratch that pristine inside of the pan

I also love the bright green color

It turns out that this Pococina pan is even better than the other one I have

At times my frying pans have developed an unattractive buildup of grease where the handle meets the frying pan making it very difficult to clean without getting a scraper into a very tight place

More my fault than the pan's I would say, but there are no instructions on how to attach it for those of us not used to detachable handles
