I have also been walking every morning and I think that has helped me get the most out of this product

At the end of March we decided to hit the gym twice a week but that was difficult to keep up, and then we heard about the green coffee supplement from a colleague at work so we decided to give it a try, and it has really helped, I dropped 3-4lbs in just three weeks, and my friend took a little longer to feel the effects but was not hungry for snacks like before

My friend and I have been working together for a few years now which has required a lot of sitting time and long hours (which included more snacking than either of us wanted)

Neither of us are what you would describe as heavy, but we were both feeling the need to drop some pounds

duct for a week but I already have increased energy and feel lighter

No results :( followed instructions
