The beta-alanine is a vasodilator (widens blood vessels) and studies have shown it's a safe way to increase performance during intense workouts

It's everything you need before a workout without all the nasty and unregulated chemicals of regular pre workouts:) I have been using this for over a year now

I use this for strength training, not any kind of endurance activity, so I can only speak to how this pre-workout affects performance while lifting weights

I have always been hesitant to try any because I don't like feeling jittery and I normally don't like the flavors I have seen offered

Man up and get over the blue raspberry lollipop flavors and sugars

I like that it is natural, no fake sugars, and doesn't give any jitters
