They support my ankle well, the first time I wore them they felt a little tight at the arch of my foot, but they stretched a bit with that one workout, and the next day they felt perfect

Extra room in the toe box is intentionally there to allow toes to spread for heavy lifting

Not very good for running, otherwise OK I have a messed up ankle, so my ankle's support and comfort decide if I keep any and all shoes

The first day I wore them to crossfit we did 60 over head squats and I had 0 knee pain!!!!! Nothing at all! In fact I was able to put more weight on because I didn't hurt! It was seriously like a miracle! I did not expect my knee pain to disappear the first time I used them but really it's hard to describe how elated I was

0! I wanted to love them, but I'm going with the metcons

Favorite shoes to wear when working out! Love them!!! Great for cross training, lifting, lunges, etc
