Hanging on them and pulling up means getting your hands up and over the balls, which is awesome for working on a false grip and for grip strength

After seeing them used by rock climbers in numerous youtube vids, I knew I needed these in my home arsenal

Plus, when doing pull ups I found I'd rotate in ways I simply don't on a hang board or pull-up bar

I plan on getting another set to stagger in the rafters

excellent product to gain grip strength
