I recently looked up the Samsung microwave repair rate on Consumer Reports and found that Samsung has the HIGHEST REPAIR RATE OF ALL MANUFACTURERS tested and had more than double the repair issues of any other microwave manufacturer

My problems with Samsung began shortly after I bought the microwave when the door latch broke

A Samsung factory service technician examined the microwave and determined that the burn did not occur due to user error or “abuse”, and that the unit was not repairable

Now, after two months of continuous calls into Samsung’s Executive Customer Service, I am still trying to resolve this issue and am still without a microwave
